Internal Training Programs
HCL EAI Services strongly believes that training programs for various technologies and platforms should be conducted internally by employees, who with their understanding of practical project requirements, will be able to tailor the training program to the audience's needs.
Indeed, we plan an employee's project schedule such that there is time for learning - though the very charged and vibrant work environment drives an employee to find time to learn anyway.
Some of the internal training programs conducted recently are on:

- Enterprise Application Integration Methodology
(Interestingly, one session in this training program titled How to be an EAI Consultant was conducted by Bhaskar Enaganti, Managing Director, India Operations, who believes he is more an EAI consultant than a Managing Director.) - How to be a J2EE Architect.
Newsgroup and Mailing Lists
HCL EAI Services relies on newsgroups to share information and post questions. To share technical information, we have newsgroups on topics like EAI, Unix, Microsoft Windows, and J2EE. The most active is the social newsgroup, which is used by employees for various posts, ranging from finding a blood donor to selling extra movie tickets.
HCL EAI Services also has mailing lists for sharing information within groups. There are mailing lists for individual projects, where project specific information is shared, and also general lists for architects, project managers, and for domain-specific areas.
Intranet Blogs
Share and Learn is the credo of the HCL EAI Services Intranet. Employees blog on various topics ranging from the review of a recently-seen movie to technical knowledge. Sharing views as blogs encourages employees to order their thoughts cogently and inculcates a habit of writing which helps during client communication.
Technical Seminars
HCL EAI Services organizes technical seminars on the new technologies or domains it has worked on. These seminars are mostly delivered by our Senior Technical Staff. Employees from other companies who are working on or are interested in these areas, are encouraged to participate and share their views and experiences.
