Veerendra Hangal Matt

...was born on Feb 08 ****, at Thirthahalli in the Shimoga district.

He did his schooling and college at Sagar, in Shimoga district. Asked about any crushes, he responds with, "(I) was not so lucky during college days".

Veerendra was working at Pentagon Automation for two years before
joining HCL EAI Services. Asked again about any crushes, he says that there too, he had no crush on any one as there were no lady employees or customers.

Commenting on his personal milestones and achievements, he says that he is yet to create history.

His hobbies are typical of the commoner, "nothing special", he clarifies; his favorite activity is watching TV, sleeping, and roaming the city with friends.

His childhood dream was to become a politician like Gundurao, former CM of Karnataka!

He enjoys chilling out with friends, especially college friends, and the place does not really matter to him when he has good company. He is a vegetarian. As for sports, he enjoys a game of carom, and badminton any time .

Asked to state something unique about himself, he retorts, "This is one thing other people should tell, I can tell hazar (a hundred) unique things about myself, but all those things others should see it in myself, right ?"

A significant recent happening in his life was being mugged by robbers.

Asked to comment on his girlfriend or wife, he says, "No wife yet, the Hunt is ON. I have girl friends, whom I treat as just friends...and they too treat me as a friend, not boyfriend.

Referring to the people who could comment on him, he says, "Right from the security at the ground floor, to people sitting at cubicles and people sitting at cabins. I am known by each and every person at HCL EAI Services.
