Vikram Duvvoori, President and CEO
Vikram is a seasoned entrepreneur in the high-tech industry. He has held several positions at the executive level at various software and computer companies big and small - ranging in annual revenues from US $15M to $140 Million with 15 to 600 employees.
Some of his previous positions include President and CEO of Viman Software, Inc.; Head of Internet and Strategic Initiatives at Rainbow Technologies; Vice President of Engineering at Wyatt River Software, Inc.; Member Board of Directors - Central Design Systems, Inc. etc.
While at Rainbow Technologies, a 500+ people publicly-traded company, Vikram reported to the Chief Operating Officer and headed Internet and Strategic Initiatives. He worked on several mergers and acquisitions and helped launch several Internet initiatives. Additionally, at Rainbow he filed for and was granted one patent and has four others pending. Vikram has a Masters in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT, Bombay and a B.Tech from IIT Madras. He pursued a doctoral program at the University of California-Santa Cruz before jumping into the industry.
Bhaskar Enaganti, Managing Director-India Operations
Bhaskar has over a decade of work experience in software product development and project management. He has conducted research and managed projects in software engineering: component & technology, web technology, software architecture, reuse and knowledge based systems.
In the capacity of VP Engineering, he managed the research and development of the ECT LiveMaps product. Before founding ECT, Pvt. Ltd., Bhaskar worked as a senior manager for five years at the Center for Strategic Technology and Research (CSTaR), Andersen Consulting, Chicago. He was also the principal technical leader at TELCO (a Tata Group company), India for four years, and developed a CASE tool called Turbo Analyst. Bhaskar has a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore, India, and a Bachelors degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras, India.
Rod Mann, VP Business Development
As Vice President of Business Development, Rod is responsible for the development of long-term business strategies, partnerships, and marketing. He comes to HCL EAI Services with 20 years of experience in IT management, consulting and software engineering as well as strategic marketing and business development. His experience includes; developing a software suite of design-to-manufacturing tools that became Motorola trade secrets; creation of a multi-million dollar service group within a startup; and participation in several merger and acquisitions. Most recently, Rod served as Director of Worldwide Marketing at Rainbow Technologies and VP of Corporate Development at Gobosh, Inc. Rod joined Rainbow Technologies in 1998 as a result of the acquisition of Wyatt River Software where he served as Executive Vice-President and returned to Wyatt River's parent company, Gobosh, in 1999. Before Wyatt River, Mr. Mann held management positions at start-up companies Sherpa Corporation and CMStat Inc. and held various IT management and software engineering positions at Motorola, FMC, and General Electric. Rod earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University.
