Required Skills:
- Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Pro-active approach to solving problem
- More than 3 years of experience in web development using J2EE
- Knowledge of Patterns, thread-safe programming and software engineering practices with tools such as Junit, Ant, and Version Control is required
- Should be well-versed in at least one application Server
- XML and XSLT knowledge preferred
- Basic Database experience (basic SQL, transactions), ORM exposure is a plus
