Position Summary:
- Very strong experience in Microsoft technologies in VC++ and/or C#
- Knowledge of MVC patterns, ORM patterns is required
- Software engineering practices such as extreme programming, agile methodologies, and test driven development, and usage of tools such as Nunit, Nant, and version control is required
- XML and XSLT knowledge is required
- Database experience in basic SQL and transactions is a must
- Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills are essential, as you are expected to deal extensively with people at all levels
- Pro-active approach to problem solving is essential
